Haley Thorbinson

Dance Teacher

Haley trained at her local dance school until 18 years of age, Haley then attended the Royal Academy of Dance, where she achieved her BA (Hons) in The Art and Teaching of Classical Ballet and her Licentiate with the RAD. Alongside this, she also attained her CDE in ISTD Modern Theatre and Imperial Ballet, and later, Tap. Following graduation, Haley travelled overseas, teaching and performing in Dubai, New York and California across 6 years. On her return to the UK, Haley has become an ISTD Approved Tutor for Teacher Training Qualifications, attained her Modern Theatre Licentiate, and has continued to train in additional styles, becoming certified in Progressing Ballet Techniques and NATD Contemporary Dance. Haley continues to spread her love of dance across a range of different age ranges in dance across the North West and is excited to join the Procter Dance Family.

About us

Welcome to Procter Dance Academy. Established in May 2000, founded by Artistic Advisor Lorna Cook and ran by Principal Anna Kavanagh.

We are an Approved Dance Centre for the Royal Academy of Dance.

Classes are taken by fully qualified dance tutors, who hold current DBS certificates and follow their own tailored CPD programmes.
